Traditional Russian fur hat made of artificial fur. It has long earflaps, that can be tied on top (classical variant) or released and optionally tied under the chin, to cover cheecks givein extra warmth and protecting from wind and snow. The word “Ushanka” originates from Russian “Ushi” that means “ears”. This popular earflaps hat became popular all over the world.
Soviet ushanka is usually worn with metal Soviet army badge (it will be inclided but not attached).
